Terms and Conditions

• The WOW Property Tour package is available for only 1 person. Any additional members will not be eligible for this price. If the client wants to bring an additional person, this can be achieved but the cost of the flight will be charged in full at the individual’s own cost. Smith & Ken can make arrangements for this for other family members on the client’s behalf if required and will charge at cost price.
• The subsidized package offer is valid for 30 days only from the date of the Property Tour reservation.
• Accommodation is on a Bed & Breakfast basis only. All other meals and any other optional hotel expenses are payable by the client at their own cost.
• Three leisure activities are included in the cost. Other entertainment and local leisure activities are optional and can be arranged on behalf of the client by Smith & Ken but any such bookings will be payable by the client at their own cost.
• The Property Consultation must be attended by both members of the party if applicable. In the event the client is unable to attend, the client will be liable to pay the full cost of the trip.
• Smith & Ken will not be responsible for any failure to meet flights booked for the client by Smith & Ken if correct flight details were provided to the client in advance.
• Once confirmed by both parties, the booking is non-refundable. Should a client withdraw from the tour after a booking has been made, they will still be liable to pay the full cost of the trip. If the client requests amendments to the schedule after the booking is confirmed the client shall be liable for any costs incurred. Accommodation, flights, entertainment and other activities are subject to availability.
• Any units reserved prior to the WOW Property Tour will be held only until the end of the Property Consultation.
• Should the client reserve a property and pay AED 20,000 non refundable deposit, the WOW Property Tour cost will be covered by Smith & Ken. In the event of a client not proceeding with the purchase of the reserved property, the client forfeits the initial deposit paid and is responsible for covering the cost of the WOW Property Tour.
• Smith & Ken will not continue to keep any property on hold if the client has not reached a decision by the final part of the tour which takes place in Smith & Ken’s offices.
• Visas arranged through hotels are only valid whilst staying at the hotel and are for a maximum of 14 days. It is mandatory for clients to stay with the hotel who has arranged the visa. Clients must ensure that they leave the country on the day they check out. Should you continue to stay in the country; Smith & Ken will be obliged to charge your credit card an amount of AED 10,000 (Ten Thousand Dirhams) to cover the applied penalty fees from the Immigration department and any financial liability to the hotel. Additional penalties may apply for which you will be liable.
