
Smith & Ken’s Induction Road Map is the first step to your learning and development as an individual. However it doesn’t stop there. We have a Performance Management process called MAX which measures your performance against your objectives for each financial year but also enables you to highlight the areas you feel you need to develop in order to grow and also for your manager to highlight the areas he feels you need to develop.
The MAX process also allows your manager to plan your training requirements for the year which will help you achieve your objectives and develop your skills.
Your learning and development doesn’t just depend on quarterly reviews with your manager, we regularly conduct role plays and objection handling forums within your teams to help overcome any obstacles you face. A lot of emphasis is put on team work to share experiences and knowledge to help one another achieve your goals.
