I thought I would drop you a line to congratulate you on your new promotion, a promotion well deserved no doubt. If I may I would also like to strongly recommend another colleague of yours, Lorenz. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lorenz while I was buying my flat. He was incredibly flexible and even drove me to several bank branches to secure my managers check for the sale of the flat. This was done during his time off.

It is therefore no surprise that I recommended him to a university friend of mine Ugo De Charette. Ugo bought his flat in Southridge recently. The sale wasn't an easy one as Ugo was very keen on a specific unit in that particular development and as he currently lives in Europe it was less a straightforward process. Lorenz insured that all his requests were met in a timely manner. Ugo was clearly overjoyed with his purchase and the easy way in which he was able to buy it.

I recommended another good friend of mine, Pablo Fetter to Lorenz and I understand they are currently working on finalizing details for the purchase of his flat. Lorenz was able to negotiate a fair price for Pablo and he recently mentioned to me that Lorenz was incredibly helpful.

When we first met almost a year ago, I had dealt with several of your competitors. Competitors that were less than honest, rude and incompetent. Lorenz remained professional, courteous and extremely competent. Lorenz has even assisted me with queries which were not part of his job description which was very kind of him. I have lived in Dubai for the bulk of my adult life and I can honestly say that I wish more people were so dedicated to their work as Lorenz this. I am writing this email to you in the hope that as Lorenz's superior you will include this in his file when he is next up for a promotion. A promotion, I hope he won't have long to wait for!

My wife and I started looking for an apartment to rent in Dubai Marina about a month ago. Looking for an apartment in the current market conditions had proved to be a nightmare. We've contacted many agents at the start but Martin has been the most professional in following up with us and working closely in the limited time we had. A major factor that made us prefer dealing with Martin that he truly understood our requirement and he went the extra mile by looking for options while we were in our current residence in Abu dhabi.

Because of that we stopped contacting any other agents and just relied on Martin, and we successfully rented a beautiful apartment in Marina Promenade yesterday.

Martin has certainly eased a very tough search and he was always very pleasant to deal with.

I would just like to say how wonderful the service has been that we have received from Mario, one of your agents. Having found you name on the Internet and not really knowing what I was going to get, the outcome has been the best experience I have ever had with Estate Agents.

Being new to Dubai (I have just taken over as Headmaster at JESS, Arabian Ranches) and having to move home after one year, my wife and I were really quite unsure what to expect. We contacted Smith and Ken back in March for a move in July. Mario contact us straight away, put our minds at rest and said he would be back in touch near to the date. My wife contacted him a couple of times in April as we was getting a little nervous having given in our three months notice. Mario kept us calm, informed and above all gave us faith that all would be OK. And it was.

In the space of one month we have the property we really wanted, as close to the desired price as possible, and 99% of the boxes have been ticked. Mario arranged for us to meet the outgoing tenants and the landlord together (who were both very nice) and the deal was done without a hitch. All our requests were met. We cannot be more grateful.

To top off this wonderful service, last night Mario drove around Dubai collecting and emailing papers to us to enable us to get DEWA to put the water back on as the garden in the new property was dying (we still have over four weeks before we move in). I really feel he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy - even after the deal was done.

We would like you to know that we have never before met such a conscientious person, who obviously enjoys his job and more importantly want all his clients to feel that they will get exactly what they want in a new property.
