Smith & Ken have the pleasure in bringing you the Smith & Ken Swap Shop, the first of its kind in the UAE. This type of transaction has proved to be very popular in Europe over the last 3 years, and we believe now is the time to introduce this to the vendors of the Dubai Real Estate Market.

How does it work?

The process is very simple and straightforward:

  1. Vendors register the property they wish to sell and the property they are looking for.
  2. Our Swap Shop team identifies, matches the vendor’s requirements and assists in the successful swap between both vendors.

Sounds pretty simple doesn’t it? We shop and you swap!

Register for FREE from Sunday 23rd of November 2008 until Thursday 18th of December 2008. As soon as you’ve registered your property, our Swap Shop team will immediately look for the property you’re looking for. After the registration deadline, it will cost AED 2,500 to register your property for 3 months.

What can I expect after registering my property for the Swap Shop?

First and foremost you have the comfort of knowing you are dealing with the most proactive Real Estate Agent in the Middle East. What this brings is maximum exposure for your property through various marketing tools.

From January 4th 2009 we will be advertising your property on our website including images and details of what you’re looking for. Along with this, you’re property will be included in our bi-weekly e-newsletter and advertised weekly in Dubai’s biggest newspaper, the Gulf News.

You will also be appointed a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who has been trained and educated to the level expected of a Smith & Ken Employee. Our mentality is ‘to get the business rather than wait for it’ so rest assured, we won’t be waiting for a website enquiry or phone to ring, we will be finding the swap through our innovative and strategic sales techniques.
