The properties selected to be open will be open for viewings from 10 am to 4 pm and our experienced and qualified negotiators will be present throughout the day provide you with all the information you need to make your buying process as smooth as possible!

On top of this, our Negotiators will be able to discuss with you the different Smith & Ken ways of buying a property, whether it’s with a mortgage, through our Swap Shop or our Rent-to-Own program.
