For example: Prior to handover of a building, we would firstly conduct a thorough audit (walk through) of any building (with the Builder & Developer) noting snags and any areas that require maintenance or specific attention, before the First Owner takes handover of his/ her apartment. By doing this, we eliminate issues like unforeseen ceiling floods from occurring due to build up of pressure, ending with burst pipes. This is just a few minor things about what we do.
