FIXIT gives Owners and Tenants the opportunity to upload maintenance issues they identify directly to the designated building maintenance department which in turn ensures the issues are actioned immediately without delay. This relieves the hassle and stress of having to email or call about the issue which usually leads to uncertainty about an issue. FIXIT not only deals with Common Area issues, but also internal Unit maintenance issues!
