Following up Owners that are in arrears and reporting to the Board on why Owners are unable to meet their Service Charge payment obligations. Creating payment plans (subject to Board approval) to assist Owners in meeting their Service Charge payment deadlines.

Creating and monitoring the Association Bank Account for the Association (once Board is registered) and setting up Credit Card payment features which will make it easier for Owners to make payments and subsequently increase overall Service Charge Collections.
