Stephen is handling our lease in Yansoon 7 Apt 404 and to date has acted with efficiency and professionalism that is well beyond his age and (my perception of) his experience. Stephen originally reached out to me a few months ago with an offer to put my property on the market. I requested that he called back in a specific period of time - which he promptly did. From the moment we were ready to lease our apartment and sent the requisite documents, it took exactly 48 hours and one series of visits (Stephen lined up three potentially interested parties) to close on a lease. His updates and support are quick, have necessary frequency and are to the point.
Having lived in Dubai for nearly half a decade, and being relatively well versed in the nuances of the real estate market - notably the frustrations from a customer experience perspective - I did not expect to write this letter.
