If you're interest is more towards the sales side of things, all you need to do is click on the Sales Price Overview tab and inside there you will find information about the average apartment and villa price in The Greens, the prices from and to, the sq-ft prices, and the % of available listings we have by the number of bedrooms.
If you're more inclined to renting, then just click on the Rental Price Overview tab and you'll find the same information above just in rental prices rather than sale prices.
