Dubai Real Estate Recovery Scheme

Smith & Ken’s Real Estate Recovery Scheme (RERS) is designed to ensure you recover the monetary value your recent Dubai off plan property investments have lost.

Whether you’ve put down a 10 per cent deposit, or paid up a larger percentage of your previous off plan property investment only to see the developer go bust or disappear altogether, we will aim to give you a like for- like credit note to the value you’ve already paid against one of our properties – meaning you’ve recouped what you’d thought lost.

It is designed to bring the value of your off plan property investments back. We swap units in most delayed or cancelled developments for thriving completed properties in prime UAE and International locations.

We invite you to choose a new property, and once you’ve done that, we deduct the amount you’ve already paid from your new apartment, office space or plot of land.
