This tab will give a description of the area, the location map, the available listings we have for sale and rent, the property prices by the number of bedrooms, and the % break up of our listings between apartments and villas. It also tells you the nearest metro stations and schools to Palm Jumeirah.
If you're interest is more towards the sales side of things, all you need to do is click on the Sales Price Overview tab and inside there you will find information about the average apartment and villa price in Palm Jumeirah, the prices from and to, the sq-ft prices, and the % of available listings we have by the number of bedrooms.
If you're more inclined to renting, then just click on the Rental Price Overview tab and you'll find the same information above just in rental prices rather than sale prices.
About Palm Jumeirah

Palm Jumeirah is one of three man-made islands off the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Property
developer Nakheel Properties is responsible for the construction of the palm tree-shaped islands: Palm Jumeirah,
Palm Jebel Ali, and Palm Deira. Each island will be home to residential, commercial, medical, and educational
Palm Jumeirah was created to resemble a palm tree. An aerial view shows the shape of the island with a trunk, 17
fronds, and an 11km crescent-shaped island above the fronds that serves as a breakwater. The breakwater island
is connected to the top of the palm tree island by an underwater tunnel. A 300-meter bridge connects the island
to the mainland. Construction plans for Palm Jumeirah include 30 beachfront hotels, restaurants and cafes,
shopping outlets, and residential buildings.
