Welcome to the Commercial Area Guide for Business Bay. This guide covers all the crucial information you need to know to help you decide whether you want to set up your new business premises in this area.
You will notice directly above this paragraph are 4 tabs - Area Guide, Area Overview (the page you're reading now), Sales Price Overview and Rental Price Overview. The Area Guide tab will take you back to the list of all the areas we cover which can also be found to the right of this page under the sub menu "Area Guides".
The Area Overview tab is the page you're currently reading now hence why the tab is highlighted in navy blue. This tab will give a description of the area, the available listings we have for sale and lease, the property prices by the sq-ft area, and the % break up of our listings between offices and retail. It also tells you the nearest metro stations to Business Bay so you know whether there are sufficient transportation links for your employees to get to and from work.
If you're interest is more towards the sales side of things, all you need to do is click on the Sales Price Overview tab and inside there you will find information about the average office and retail price in Business Bay, the prices from and to, the sq-ft prices, and the % of available listings we have by the size of the sq-ft area.
If you're more inclined to leasing, then just click on the Rental Price Overview tab and you'll find the same information above just in leasing prices rather than sale prices.
Against the iconic back drop of the tallest building in the World, Burj Khalifa, the Business Bay sector offers luxurious and very modern commercial and residential towers. This new centrally located, business district boasts architectural accomplishment and is a symbol of both modern living and offers inspirational working environments.
The most popular office towers within Business Bay is The Prism, Bayswater and Churchill Tower. These very well designed towers offer capacious and practical varying sized retail and office units along with decorative residential units in the Churchill Tower. The main reason why they are so popular is due to the prestigious and highly decorative finishing which is all too evident when perusing around the communal areas and units. The Business Bay Metro station serves this area and both the Prism and Bayswater towers are within easy walking reach.
Business Bay comes under a DED license area so if you're looking to move your company's premises to here you will need a DED license which requires a UAE National as your company sponsor.
