Every division in Smith & Ken is as important as the other. Without all the divisions working together as a team there would be no Smith & Ken. We’re all about team work; we developed our philosophy around being a team and being WOW to each other. As soon as that stops, then Smith & Ken stops.
Every division competes for team of the month, whether you’re in sales, administration, marketing, or accounts, that does not matter because you’re all valued as much as each other.
Every month we post the photo of our team of the month, so not only do we know internally how good they are, now everyone outside does as well.
