Why join Smith & Ken: Hi, I'm Martin Julier, I joined Smith & Ken in November 2008. I first came across Smith & Ken as their name was being mentioned by a lot of people during my RERA Certification Course. I was intrigued in what I heard so I made the decision to contact them and I haven't looked back since. Last year was an incredible year for me, I was in the top 3 agents in the company which is a huge achievement and I hope to become number one this year. I won the Diamond Club for which the company awarded me an Audi R8 for the weekend! I couldn't believe it! An Audi R8!! It's the only time I've been happy to pay speeding fines!

Why join Smith & Ken: I joined Smith and Ken following a conversation with 2 of the Company's Mortgage Advisers whilst at Mortgage training seminar in Dubai. Before joining the Company I was invited into the Media City office which pretty much made my decision to join the Company. The young fresh approach to the new market was refreshing and a strong motivator to join the Company. I have been given numerous opportunities to progress in the Company and my biggest achievement to Date is being promoted to Senior Conveyance Manager a fledging role in Dubai which is increasing growing which the continuous changes in the real estate sector.

Why join Smith & Ken: I first heard about Smith and Ken Real Estate when I was looking at prospective job opportunities in Dubai. The job description for a Lettings Negotiator and the eye catching mission statement for the company was something I knew I wanted to be part of. I had just graduated from University in the UK and was looking for an exciting and challenging start to my career and I knew Smith and Ken was a company where I could excel financially and reap the rewards for my achievement. The two week intensive training course in Dubai was a compilation of area knowledge, product knowledge, contract and legal training and after this period I was left to put my training into practice. The Smith and Ken office is a thriving work environment, made up of expats who are all here for one goal "to make more money". The office has a great buzz and the endless incentives for the hard workers ensure individuals are motivated to hit their targets. The support from the Managers and the team is excellent, from one to one coaching, team meetings and shadowing; everything is in place to help you succeed. During my first weeks at Smith and Ken I was approached by the CE0 of the company and asked what my 3 Goals were for the year. The first on my list was to earn enough money to move into my favourite development and one of the most prestigious in the Dubai Marina (the area in which I specialize). Within 2 months I secured a stunning apartment in the Marina Promenade with marina and sea views and now there is no looking back! In February 2011, the lettings team also achieved "team of the month" and thanks to all our hard work and dedication we are being rewarded with an all expenses paid trip to go quad biking in the desert! Smith and Ken is a well established Real estate company and anyone who is looking to be part of a team where your credited for your work, should look no further.
